From the moment that I met Rhys and Megan I knew that this was going to be a fun day. Rhys reckons that weddings can be boring and he had some big plans for how he could spice up the day. Rhys and Meagn chose to get married in the local church, where her dad is the pastor, followed by a fab marquee reception at Apps Court Farm right by the River Thames. But a quick rewind first to say that these two went for the full package. They chose to have a pre-wedding shoot and to really show this off they had a signing frame for their guests with one of the engagement shoot pictures in.
So back to Rhys’ big plans – his antidote was to have a ferris wheel. But throw in with that a ride in a vintage motor launch up the Thames, a silent disco and the most enormous fireworks display in the adjacent field and you have one AMAZING wedding day. Yes definitely one to remember. Of course they were blessed with beautiful blue skies and a remarkable sunset, so all in all it was a cracking wedding and I hope that Rhys was happy that his had not being a boring wedding!
Rhys & Megan. You were truly great. Congratulations and thank you for having us.
